Difrax is constantly working with a team of over 25 dedicated employees on baby products that are truly tailored to the lifestyles and the budget of today’s parents. It is the combination of quality, innovation and value for money that made Difrax the number one supplier of attractive, useful and, above all, safe products for babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers. Our goal is a top-3 position in Europe as a brand.

The Difrax products are mainly distributed through retail chains (drugstores, super markets), baby, chemist and pharmacy channels.

The Role

Reporting to the Sales and Export Manager in the Netherlands, the German Manager takes the challenge of developing Difrax into an European brand that is available everywhere in Germany.

Main responsibility will include New Business Sales and account management to retail organizations selling baby products. He/she is accountable for the set goals in the channel.

Requirements

The person we are seeking must be able to demonstrate a successful sales background, having worked at least 2 years in the FMCG in Germany. This person should be self-motivated, able to show results with minimum supervision. He or she should also have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relations with the key decision makers in the buying, sales and management process. The candidate must be flexible, open-minded, enjoy working and feel drawn to baby products. Strong communication skills are critical, with verbal and written language abilities in English and German being a must. Additional European language skills would be an advantage.

Difrax will offer you the joy of an international company and superb products and concept. The office is located near Utrecht in the Netherlands. You will communicate frequently and report to the Sales and Export Manager in the Netherlands.
